About the place

We, Suzan, Steven, and Serra, are looking for a temporary housemate Working male or female, 28+.

The Home
Is located at the Weesperzijde.
Suzan and Steven live on the first floor, where you'll also find the kitchen, a shared toilet, and a communal space with a dining table and a view of the Amstel River.

On the second floor, you'll find Serra’s room, your room, another separate toilet and a shared bathroom. 
However, your room has its own private bathroom with shower and sink. 

The room is somewhere between 15m² and 20m² including the bathroom. 

On the third floor, we have a cozy communal attic – with a couch and TV.

Rent
- 920 month all inclusive (also includes a cleaner once every 2 weeks)  
- no deposit
- It’s sublet, but the landlord would like to have your name and e-mailadres.

Furniture 
- Most of the furniture will stay in the room 
- There is a matras available (no pillows and blanket), but if you would to bring your own: the bed frame is (180, 200)

- No pets
