About the place

Are you looking for a spacious, fully furnished room in a prime location in Amsterdam? Then this might be the perfect place for you!

While I’m traveling, I’m renting out my 25 m² room on Warmoesstraat, right in the city center of Amsterdam. The room is fully furnished and available for approximately two months.

You’ll be living in a house with three female working professionals. It’s a quiet and independent household where everyone mostly does their own thing, making it ideal if you value privacy and a relaxed living/working environment. 

The house includes:
- A shared living room
- A shared kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need)
- A shared bathroom with toilet
- A wonderful shared rooftop terrace

When my housemates are home, the living room and rooftop terrace are generally not used much as shared social spaces. However, during the summer months they are often away on holidays or traveling, so there will likely be periods/weeks when you have most of the house to yourself and can fully enjoy the rooftop terrace, living room, and other shared spaces. 

The rent is €1,100 per month. If this is outside your budget, feel free to send me a message with what would work for you. Since I’ll be away anyway, I’m open to discussing the price and finding an arrangement that works for both of us.
