We are looking for either working professionals or students that are considerate for each other space. Regardless of gender, nationality and sexual preference (LGBT friendly) 

- EUR 750 for 12.6m2 
- One month deposit for rooms
- No smoking or pets 
- One year contract (with automatic extension if both parties are happy)
- Must rent from 1 July 2025 onwards 

Currently the tenant will leave Room E per 9 June, so if you would like to take over the lease of the tenant from 10 June onwards, that is possible. The room is 12.8m2 (EUR 750) and will feel larger due to the very high (4 meters) ceilings. The room advertised is Room E, however, on day of viewing, Room BC 15.5m2 (EUR 850) is also available to view as the tenant will move on a short term and you can indicate your interest.

The 3 other housemates are 2 males from Spain and Pakistan and 1 female from Poland aging between 25-40 years with university background either studying or working. 

The duplex apartment in a low density building (7 units) is situated 5 minutes walking distance to the metro station Amsterdam Gein, supermarket and local grocery shops. This apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor, has a great view, is spacious and very bright! In the vicinity are Hogeschool InHolland, the Arena Boulevard, AMC hospital, Ziggo Dome and various international companies. You can reach Amsterdam Central Station (22 minutes) and Zuid WTC (16 minutes) by direct metro line. Free parking for cars in front of the door and there are several exit roads in the area (A1, A2, A9)

LAYOUT 
You enter the fully renovated apartment on the third floor in the hall, two bedrooms (A & BC), toilet and storage room. At the rear is the bright living room approx. 28 m2 with access to the balcony and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher and stove. The stairs take you to the 4th floor. Here is a spacious bathroom with rain shower, 2 washbasin with mirror and 2nd toilet. On the opposite there is a washing room with washing machine, cloth rack, ironer and ironing table. Finally, there are two spacious rooms (E&D).
