About the place

A room in Amsterdam Nieuw-West will become available from mid December on. It's a room in a shared apartment, which you will share with only me (I'll introduce myself in a bit). There's currently only a bed in the apartment, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The neighborhood of the building is pretty peaceful, it's located exactly between the metro stop Henk Sneevlietweg and metro/tramstop Heemstedestraat - both reachable by foot in about 5 minutes. The building was built in 2017 and is very well-insulated. 

I'm Tom, 28, a 2nd-year PhD student working at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital in Amsterdam. I'm pretty much always on location, so throughout the week I'm not home a lot. When I'm home, I like listening to music, watching movies, and playing some Switch and PC games. I enjoy cooking together and having a beer or whiskey every now and then, but it's not a must. 

I'm looking for someone who's already working or doing a PhD, around my age (25-33).
