About the place

Available per August 1st: a 8m² room in a bright and spaceous apartment in the quiet and green neighborhood of Betondorp (Amsterdam-East). The room is fully furnished with high sleeper bed and desk combo and built in closet.

The apartment is in a great location: only a few minutes by bike from Science Park (UvA), and close to public transport (bus and tramstop).

The 3 story apartment is shared with 3 other roommates. 

What’s included:
- 8m² fully furnished room
- Shared kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with housemates)
- Nice neighborhood with lots of greenery
- Close to Science Park and public transport
- Rent: All-in (including gas, water, electricity, internet)

The room is available for up to a year. If you want to stay the full year it is important you respect the cleaning schedule and house rules  ;)
