Are you looking for a bright, fully furnished room in a spacious and social apartment? One room will soon become available in a friendly, international student house at Gouden Leeuw in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. The room is available from 27 July 2026 and will be rented on a temporary basis until 30 September 2027.

About the Room

• Approximate size: 13 m²
• Fully furnished: double bed, desk, wardrobe and TV
• Rent: €795 per month, including furniture, electricity, internet, etc.
• Security deposit: two months’ rent
• Registration at the address is possible and mandatory
• Pets are not allowed

• Located at Gouden Leeuw in Amsterdam-Zuidoost
• Total apartment size: 108 m²
• Shared with three other tenants of mixed genders
• Large shared living room of 43 m² with an open kitchen and bar
• Separate bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room
• Two balconies in total
• Additional bicycle storage on the ground floor

Who Can Apply?

Only full-time students may apply. Both Dutch and international students are welcome.

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Amsterdam
• Not be officially registered as living within the Amsterdam housing market region, including municipalities such as Amstelveen, Diemen and Zaanstad
• Be able to provide proof of residence outside this region at the start of the tenancy

Viewings

Both in-person viewings and video-call viewings will take place in the early evening on Monday, 27 July 2026.
