About the place

I have a room for rent for at least 1 year. It is a modern house fully furnished with furniture and appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher. There is an underground closed bicycle shed and in the bathroom own sink shower and a bath, plus the toilet is separate. In the kitchen all kitchen appliances and crockery etc. are present. It is the top floor, so no upstairs neighbors and a nice view from the room. It is a very modern with underfloor heating. You only share the house with me. About myself. I am 43 years old Dutch and work fulltime in swimming pool. I have an elderly dog. In my spare time I walk, cook vegetarian and watch TV. I am not a party person. 1 or 2 x a month a cleaner comes.
