Short to long term room to rent in a two bed apartment. Flexible on move in/ out dates with some notice.

€983 including all bills - energy, gas, internet and water.
Registration is possible for additional fee to cover Geemente costs.

The area:
The apartment is located in Rivierenbuurt (just below the lively area of De Pijp).  Cycling to the Amsterdam Central takes around 20 minutes or 30 minutes by public transport. Amstel is the nearest station approx 13mins walk, Rai and Zuid are within close cycling distance. 

Less than 5 minutes walk to surrounding supermarkets and some cute places to eat. There are plenty of green spaces nearby for walking/ running with Martin Luther King Park and Amstel Park nearby.  

The room and apartment:
The room is small with a bed and wardrobe, however there is a fair bit of storage outside of the room with access to a large chest of drawers, cupboards and shelving in the living room. In terms of a working space, there is a dining table in the living room which you would be welcome to use as I have a desk in my bedroom. The room gets plenty of beautiful sunlight in the afternoon.

The kitchen is pretty well equipped with an espresso machine, oven, pasta roller, dishwasher, decent sized fridge & freezer and a washing machine.

There is a balcony off the kitchen which gets the sun in the morning.

And finally there is a separate toilet and a shower/ washroom leading off the hallway of the apartment. 

The apartment also has a TV.

A bit about me:
I am 37, I work at home around 2-3 days a week. I am a runner, I’m into cooking, reading and going to art galleries etc, music festivals, going out in equal amounts to hibernating and watching films etc. I grew up in Scotland and have been living in Amsterdam for three years.
