About the place

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Room with door to the garden in a shared house close to Erasmus Park, in Amsterdam West. It's available for long term starting from the 1st of February 2025 - it's shared with other 3 international working guys. We are looking for a calm and clean person. 
Registration possible. ALL inclusive.

Compulsory to buy the furniture present in the room (bed, chair, table, wardrobe, shelves and bed table): 500 EUR

Deposit: 1250 EUR

Costs to be inserted into the contract: around 200 EUR
