About the place

Because my roommate is leaving me I am looking for a new friendly roommate (25+) for my apartment in the pipe. You rent 2 rooms (1x 7m2, 1x10m2) and share the house with me. 
I graduated as an architect and am busy with film and programming. The room is available for at least six months, and possibly longer if it is a good match. I am looking for someone who enjoys having dinner or a beer together every now and then, but I am also often doing my own thing. I prefer someone who works full-time. The rent is 1050incl.
