I'm looking for a new housemate to join my lovely apartment in De Pijp, one of Amsterdam’s most vibrant and central neighbourhoods. The room becomes available on 20 August – perfect if you’re looking to move in quickly. Registration available from 1st October.

The apartment is just 2 minutes from De Pijp metro station (Noord/Zuidlijn), making it super easy to get anywhere in the city – Amsterdam Central in 10 minutes, Zuid in 5. You’ll be surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and shops, plus the famous Albert Cuyp Market is just around the corner for fresh produce and street food. Sarphatipark is also a short walk away, ideal for relaxing or picnicking on sunny days.

Size: 6m² (private room)

Direct access to the balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or some fresh air after work

Rent: €1,040/month (all utilities included: gas, electricity, internet - except water bill, 33 euros every 3 months)

Deposit: €1,500

🏡 The Apartment & Housemates:
You’ll share the apartment with me. I enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony, but also respect each other’s space and like to spend some quiet times on my own.
