About the place

Hi! 
I’ll be in Asia for a while, so I’m looking for someone relaxed, tidy, and respectful (age 26+) to sublet my place in the city center.

You’ll have your own private living room + bedroom, and you’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with just one other person who’s super easygoing.
There’s also a massive balcony that gets great light.

The location is amazing:

- 2–3 minutes’ walk to AH, Dirk, Gall & Gall, and the tram stop
- Everything you need within reach, super central
- No parties please — this is a calm home
