Studio with private kitchen available in large apartment for a tidy person

I’m looking for someone with experience to take care of cats (food and litter), in case of holidays (about 5 weeks per year). For this help there can be a 10% reduction fee.

The 14m2 studio (furnished) with lots of storage space is located in a large apartment on the eight floor in the first block of Van Nijenrodeweg towards the Amstelpark in Amsterdam South and with a magnificent view overlooking the "Zuidas" and Amsterdam center.

Gelderlandplein mall, VU or Rai railway or metro station are within walking distance. The neighborhood is very forest rich. The Amstel park is a few steps out of the door. The location is very central in Amsterdam between the center and Amstelveen.
The location is easily accessible through tram, metro or bus. The north/south metro line is about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes biking The bus station to West or Rivierenbuurt is in front of the building. Tram 5 or 25 is also close by.

You will have your own kitchen in the studio, the toilet and bathroom (see pictures) are shared. There are also 2 cats living in my part of the apartment.

Living spaces of the residents are completely separate so there is lots of privacy since the studio is big enough for your private kitchen and living room. The price is inclusive the water use. The price is excluding heating and electricity prepayment of 80 euro per month that has proven to be enough for a normal use. Heating and electricity will be billed or restituted yearly according to usage shown on the meters. The studio includes a microwave, oven, washing machine (common area), and a small storage facility on the ground floor. The studio is furnished.

No smoking allowed, contract and municipality registration are possible.
