About the place

In our remodeled apartment on the van Mourik Broekmanstraat we have  1 room available. 

Note:
-The other 3 tenants are all male. New tenant preference to a male. 
- Pref is given to someone who can move in as soon as possible.

Room 4:  10m2  > EUR 750
(room price is  all inclusive) 


You will be able to register yourself to apply for a bsn number. 

Screening and viewings:

We take the viewing and hospitality process serious to insure that there will be a good cohesion between the people who rent our rooms. First we do a screening, and then we send a invite to come to our viewing.

This is what we offer:

Minimum period is 6 months with the option to extend and register. 1year has our preference.
