A room is available from 1st of June in Buitenveldert Area. 5 minutes biking to Zuidas, 7 minutes biking to Zuid Station, 10 minutes biking to RAI Station and 10 minutes walking to tram number 5 to Leidseplein/Jordaan. 

Nearest Jumbo is at a distance that allows you to go in your pijamas (3 minutes walking)

Located on the 1st floor of a modern building on a very quiet street the apartment is composed as follows:
Big open space with Island Kitchen (equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Hoven) + Big dining table and living. 
Along the hallway you will find:

1 bathroom (with second toilet)

Storage room on the ground floor available for bikes and more. 

About the current tenants:
We are an Italian and British workers (29yo and 30yo). We get along and would like to have someone who is also friendly in the house. Working - wise we both work from home 2 to 3 times per week. I (Gian Marco) am quite a sporty guy with a newfound passion for working out and cooking. I moved from Italy July 2023 and lived here ever since. I like to host Sunday lunches with friends. 
Besides being great at marketing, Ross also is a hockey player and passionate about football.
