About the place

I’m renting out my fully furnished bedroom while I’m away on a trip. The rental period is fixed, so ideally looking for someone available for the full duration.

The apartment is located in a great area in Amsterdam West (Staatsliedenbuurt) — close to shops, cafes, parks, and well connected by public transport.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one easygoing flatmate (35). The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped, featuring:

A large, fully equipped kitchen (great if you like cooking)
A comfortable and bright living space
A relatively spacious bathroom
A fully furnished bedroom (ready to move in)

I’m looking for someone who is social, respectful, and ideally working. Someone who is tidy and treats the place like their own.
