A 110 m2  3-room furnished apartment shared with me: one room yours, one mine and a 30m2 living room, a full kitchen, a small washroom, a shed and a terrace. Parking in front of the block or underground can be arranged via the rental agency. Prime location: 3 min to Amstel train station but very quiet as it is out of the way of any traffic. I have an old rental contract, so significantly below market on the rent. You would be a co-resident (medebewoner) with a contract directly with me.
I am looking for a working professional, having their own life in the NL, tidy and reasonably quiet. The rental period of interest is 1 year and more.
