Hi there!

We have a room available for rent in a lovely shared house near the forest, starting August 1st.

Practical info:
Rent: €700/month (utilities approx. €50/month)
Deposit: 2 months’ rent (can be paid in 2 installments, accepted by the landlord)
Minimum stay: 1 year with registration
(After 1 year, you can leave with 1 month’s notice and by finding a replacement)

The house is located in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, with Albert Heijn, Jumbo, and Aldi close by. It's about a 20-minute bike ride to the city center, so you get the best of both nature and accessibility.

You’ll be sharing the house with 5 others. Two people live in a top-floor studio, while the remaining four (including you) share the spacious first floor.

Shared spaces include:
• A large living room (also used as a working space)
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Two bathrooms (the studio has its own private one)
• A washing room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
• A garden and storage room

We follow a weekly cleaning schedule that everyone respects to keep the house tidy and comfortable.

It might sound like a full house, but it’s very spacious and airy. There’s plenty of room for both privacy and community. Some days we have deep kitchen conversations, and other days we barely cross paths.

Everyone in the house is nice, kind, and polite, and we're hoping to find someone with a similar vibe.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and a large mirrored wardrobe.
