About the place

I am urgently looking for a STUDENT to take over my room at a student hotel for the remainder of the school year. Here are the things you should know.
1. The room
The room is a Standard Double room. It offers a double bed, a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, a wardrobe, desk, 2 shelves above the desk and a TV. You will share the kitchen with 9 other people, where you have a designated shelf unit, fridge and freezer space. You will be provided dishes/cutlery/pans/pots. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction burners, sink, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, rice cooker and a toaster.
2. The location
The complex is 1 minute away from the metro and tram stations. A small market square is 1 metro stop away, and 2 larger ones at around 15-20min walking distance. I will provide more location details via dm.
3. The amenities
Part of the deal, you will receive some benefits. Namely, access to the gym, study area and laundromat (you will have 6 free wash & dry runs). You will also receive a free Swapfiets bike during your stay.
