Hi room seeker! 
We’re having a room available in our beautiful apartment in oud-zuid from end of August/ 1st of september until April 2026. The room is approx. 16m2 and the price will be 1397 excl.

Our apartment is located in beautiful oud-zuid, right next to vondelpark! Our apartment is around 90m2 and we share our kitchen/ living room and our bathroom. You’ll be sharing an apartment with a Spanish & German girl. Both internationals& Dutch girls are welcome!

We’re located very close to bars & restaurants, a TrainMore and an AH to go. Other shopping facilities can be reached within 5 mins. We also have the tram 2 right around the corner and a bus that goes to the airport & the central station.

We are looking for a woman (24-33 years old) to join us from end of August/ 1st of september. We are looking for someone clean, calm and mature who is towards the end of their studies or a working professional. We like to do things together like going for drinks or watching a movie but we also like to do our own things. 

The room is currently equipped with a bed (with storage space) and a clothing rack which could be bought from the current tenant which could make your move as smooth as possible :)
