The apartment is split level with the bedroom/bathroom on the 2nd floor and the rest of the apartment (office) on the 3rd floor. The roommate is a Spanish lawyer (F) in her 30s. Views of the Rijksmuseum from office balcony. The location is top notch-- get anywhere in the city by bike in less than 20 minutes.

Utilities are not included and typically cost 150 per month, which includes wifi, gas/electric, and a cleaner once every two weeks.
