The apartment is located in a characteristic building with authentic details, high ceilings, and a brand-new wooden floor. Large windows that fully open, together with the French balcony, bring in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant indoor-outdoor feeling.

About Me
My name is Jasper (33) and I work as Head of Marketing at a financial organisation. My life during the week is quite dynamic: I’m usually out of the house from 08:45 to around 19:00 for work. After dinner I often go out for sports or social activities.

In the weekends I enjoy going out, exploring the city, meeting friends, but I also appreciate a relaxed Sunday at home.

I’m social, enjoy cooking, good wine, music, sports, and occasionally a good party. I’m looking for someone who has their own life as well, but enjoys sharing a drink or dinner from time to time when it feels natural.

Who I’m Looking For
A tidy, respectful working professional who:
• Is in a similar life stage (around 30+)
• Values a clean, calm and well-kept home
• Treats the apartment with care and respect
• Can work from home occasionally — as long as we keep a good balance in the shared spaces

The Details
• Rent: €1,550 per month
• Service costs: €150 per month (G/W/L, internet and other utilities)
• Total: €1,700 per month
• Deposit: 1 month rent
• Contract: Starting with a 6-month trial period, with the intention to continue long-term if there’s a good match
