About the place

We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible into a bright and comfortable room in our flat. 
The room is available immediately, and we are organizing viewings throughout this week, so you can move in without delay.
We are currently three working professionals (two Spanish and one Italian), all with healthy lifestyles, respectful attitudes, and a shared focus on maintaining a calm and harmonious home. 
We truly value peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect, especially since we all have different schedules. Keeping noise levels reasonable, maintaining shared spaces clean and organized, and respecting each other’s routines are essential for us.
We are not looking for anything complicated—just someone who appreciates a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment. Any friendly and responsible person is more than welcome.
The room comes furnished, including a glass desk (not the one shown in the photo) which is perfect for working or studying. 
Please note that the wooden shelf in the photo is not included.
One of the highlights of the flat is a separate terrace, where smoking is allowed and where you can fully enjoy the upcoming warm weather.
We would love to find someone who can stay with us for the rest of our time in the apartment and become part of a relaxed and respectful household.
