Three fully furnished rooms in a renovated apartment in Dapperbuurt next to Oosterpark, close to all transport and city center.

Bathroom, kitchen, toilet, living room, and storage room is shared.

Rental price is including g/w/e and internet/tv.

There is one room available as of 1 July 2025.

NOTE: this room is only available under a temporary rental agreement (6-12 months) and therefore only newly arriving, international students who are enrolled in a temporary academic program can apply. 

Because the neighbors in the same building aren’t students, it’s important to keep it quiet in the apartment. If you are looking for a nice, relaxed space with others who share this attitude then this is definitely the place for you.
