Three fully furnished rooms in a renovated apartment in Dapperbuurt next to Oosterpark, close to all transport and city center.

Bathroom, kitchen, toilet, living room, and storage room is shared.

Rental price is including g/w/e and internet/tv.

There is one room available as of 4 april 2026.

NOTE: this room is only available under a temporary rental agreement and therefore only newly arriving, international students who are enrolled in a temporary academic program can apply. An extension can be offered up to 12 month in addition.

Because the neighbors in the same building aren’t students, it’s important to keep it quiet in the apartment. If you are looking for a nice, relaxed space with others who share this attitude then this is definitely the place for you.
