About the place

The apartment is 135m² with a large open living space consisting of the living room and kitchen, plus an “inner-facing balcony.” The bedrooms are separated by a smaller room (currently used for storage), a bathroom + toilet, and a separate laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer that you can use). There is also a second toilet in the hallway.

At home, you can live your own life comfortably; the living room has multiple spots to sit or work, and there’s a large couch facing the TV for movie or game nights. We are three adults — no longer students — but we do enjoy music and having a drink with friends. We keep the place clean without strict rules or schedules — we simply expect a normal sense of hygiene.

We have a room available for two months, as one person will be away for an extended period. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two housemates.

The neighborhood is very well connected, with tram, bus, and metro literally next door. Sloterdijk Station is the nearest train station. The area has been almost completely redeveloped, offering a mix of cultures, young families, supermarkets, and restaurants — all within walking distance.
