Bright, Light Room for Rent!

We have a lovely bright room available with a private sink. The apartment is shared with one working male, 30 year old housemate. It features a spacious shared living room with a large kitchen, dining table, and chill area, plus a generous south-facing terrace. The full apartment is 85m2 (ex. terrace). The apartment is fully equipped with all essentials, including a washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, airfryer, internet, and smart TV. The rent is all-inclusive.

Dates: Starting December 10th, 2024, a 16m2 room will be available for at least 3 months. I am flexible with the dates, both starting and end dates can be discussed. I could potentially leave already December 1st, and stay away longer. Let's discuss! Please be transparent in your flexibility as well. Ideally, you come from December 10th until end of February/March

Both men and women are welcome, as long as you speak Dutch or English. We prefer someone who is working (regular schedule).
