My roommate and I are subletting our entire 2 bedroom (and 2 double beds) flat from the 19th of December to the 5th of January. From the 5th to the 28th I'll be subletting my own room (my roommate will move back into hers) situated in Jordaan at Tweede Hugo de Grootstraat. You can therefore have the entire flat to yourself from the 19th-5th and rent out both rooms, or you can rent only one from the 19th-28th!

The apartment is nicely located, situated directly atop a supermarket and in a calm area that does, however, include cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, flower shops and bike shops close by (less than 5mins walk away). You will be 8mins away from Bloemenmarket, 10mins away from Dam Square, 5mins away from the Anne Frank House and 6mins away from Leidseplein, all by bike. You also have a bus-stop in front of the apartment (the bus 18 takes you to Centraal station in 15mins), as well as tram stops nearby (tram 3 and 5 both 2/5mins walk away).

The apartment is 80sqm and contains 2 bedrooms (only one available from 5th-28th), one big living-room, a terrace, a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, a bathroom, a separated toilet and a utility room with a washing machine. There will also be a bike garage at your disposition.

You will have sun all day long in the living-room and terrace (both south-facing).
You will be sharing the apartment with someone else from the 5th-28th if you decide to take it during this period. Couples are welcome however! (The room contains a double-bed)

The rent is 900€ (incl.) per month for one room, or 1230€ (incl.) for the full period (19/12 - 28/01) for one room, or 280€/week. (This is the room with the red curtains).
To rent out the *ENTIRE* flat (both rooms) from the 19/12-05/01, the price is 1080€ (incl.).

Registration is not possible and it is a non-smoking apartment.
