I have a fully furnished room (10 m²) available for short-term rental.

Rental period: 2 months: from December 9, 2025, to February 9, 2026.

The house is fully equipped, and all shared spaces are accessible.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and we also have a washer/dryer available.

Rent is €1050 per month excluding taxes.

Refundable deposit of €1500.

About me:

I am a 29-year-old working woman. I value my privacy, but I'm always happy to chat or have a drink.
