A bright and modern apartment with a warm, welcoming vibe. Recently renovated, it features a stylish open kitchen with an island, induction stove, and modern appliances. The living room has a cozy sofa, lounge chair, bookshelves, and a large window overlooking greenery — a perfect spot to relax or work from home.

The bathroom is sleek and contemporary, with a walk-in rain shower, illuminated mirror, and practical storage. Throughout the apartment, herringbone wooden floors add character and charm.

The available bedroom is quiet and private, furnished with a double bed, overhead storage cabinets, and direct access to the garden. The garden itself is a peaceful retreat with patio seating and lots of greenery — ideal for a morning coffee or relaxing outdoors.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m a respectful, easygoing housemate who values a clean and comfortable home. There will be a weekly cleaning person for the apartment. 

The apartment is in a convenient neighborhood close to shops, cafes, and public transport.
