About the place

Hi all, 
I'm renting out a room in my big sunny flat at NDSM for 2 months from now. 
I’m mostly spending time abroad, just in ams 1-2d/week so you’ll have the 70sqm apartment to yourself most of the time.
Some info about the place:
- Located at NDSM, 10min from centraal
- Rent is €950
- the room is available temporarily only. 
- 1 month deposit
- the room is 11sqm and furnished with sleeper couch (incl bedding) and desk
- We have a nice big sunny living room with open kitchen and a balcony with evening sun. Also dishwasher, washing machine and oven are available.
- I'm looking for a person in their 30's.
