Looking for a female tenant who is a master’s student or working professional.

A furnished room of 12m² will be available in our 2-bedroom apartment from around 3–10 November.

The apartment is shared with just one other person (me - 24, working professional).

- Proof of income (at least 3x the rent) or a guarantor if you are a student

Rent & details:
- Rent: €1000 per month (utilities not included)
- Deposit: €2800
- Contract: Flexible depending on discussion with the landlord (at least 5 months, possibly 1–2 years)
