ROOMMATE WANTED! RIVIERENBUURT, AMSTERDAM-ZUID €750,- PER MONTH.

As of May 1st (possibility of earlier entry), a room will be available in our beautiful, spacious 100m2+ apartment! The income requirement is €2400 gross per month. The room is 9m2, whilst being small the living room makes up for it. The rent is €750 ex. per month. Registration is not possible at our address.

The apartment is located in the Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam-Zuid. Within walking distance of Amstel Station and around the corner from Rijnstraat with many shops, eateries, etc. You are a 10-minute bike ride from the Pijp and 20 minutes from Central Station. It is a large, bright apartment with a south-facing balcony and fully equipped. Such as a large living room, spacious storage room, washing machine, and a modern bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher and oven.

You share the house with two male roommates. We are looking for someone 25+ who is working full-time. We enjoy having drinks together, watching movies/series or playing games and, if it works out, eating together. But we also have our own lives in Amsterdam.
