I’m going to internship this April and then carry on with my vacation, so I’d like to sublet my place starting 15th April until 15th August
Room is located on the first floor and has an access to the inner yard.

Rooms price is 700excl 
And roughly ~50-60 in utilities 
Location: 
    - 5 min walk from Gein Metro
    - 5 min walk from a Big Jumbo, Butcher and Asian store
    - By Gaasperplas Park & Lake
    - 25 min metro to Amsterdam Central
    - 10 min to Amsterdam UMC
    - Quiet, Green and Family based neighbourhood
- Living:
    - This is a Big shared house with 5 fellow peers (male)
    - 2 bathrooms & shared kitchen 
    - Room is furnished and move in ready 
    - Fast WiFi (1gb/s) with the possibility to connect directly to the router
