About the place

Bright, fully-furnished room in Amsterdam Oost with single bed (convertible to double bed, if needed), desk, wardrobe, etc. suitable for a mature student or young professional. Kitchen, living room, dining area and toilet (with shower) are all communal. You'll share the space with me - a 35-year-old gay American male working in finance. I'm tidy, kind, and respectful - and expect the same from my new roommate. I also speak a bit of Dutch, Italian, and French. Room available 4 March - 5 April, €350 per week (all included), minimum 3 weeks.
