About the place

Three rooms available: 
7.7 m2 room (orange) from the 1st of April (minimum stay of 6 months, maximum stay of 3 years)
9.5 m2 room (blue) from the 1st of September (minimum stay of 6 months, maximum stay of 3 years)
12 m2 room (green) from the 5th of February until the 16th of March (short-term)

The rent is €800 (orange) €900 (blue) and €1000 (green) + 85 euro service fee and 1000 deposit

**Registration is possible** except for the short-term room

Its a lovely apartment in Amsterdam East. We value a calm, clean and respectful atmosphere at home, and we enjoy a chat or shared meal now and then. The current tenants are British and Brazilian, both female and in their thirties.
The rooms are fully or partly furnished with at least a bed/matrass. 

We are looking for:
age: 27-42
1 person per room/no couples
pets are open for discussion
