About the place

From February 1st, we (Jens and Miguel) are looking for a new male housemate for our apartment in Buitenveldert. We are both 24 and working, so our preference goes to someone who is also employed, but everything is open for discussion. We enjoy watching football together with a beer or going out for a casual drink somewhere.

The apartment is 2 minutes away from Gelderlandplein, with an Albert Heijn XL, Kruidvat, Douglas, etc. There is also a Jumbo just around the corner. You can reach Amsterdam Zuid station in 5 minutes by bike and De Pijp in about 15 minutes by bike.

The monthly rent is negotiable but will be around €850, including gas, water, and electricity. We are looking for someone for at least a few months. A large room of 22 m² will become available. The apartment is fully furnished, including a bed (1.60 × 2 m), TV, TV cabinet, desk, wardrobe, and bedside table.

The apartment also has a dishwasher, washing machine, double sink, bathtub, and a separate shower.
