About the place

I'm renting out a 7.7 m² room with a private balcony in a lovely apartment in Amsterdam East. 
You’ll be sharing the place with me, a 35-year-old Dutch guy and possible a second tenant. I value a calm, clean and respectful atmosphere at home, and we enjoy a chat or shared meal now and then.
The room also contains a single bed with mattress.

The room is available from 9th of June for a rental period of 3 months.
