About the place

Looking for a flqtmate to share my apartment on Java -eiland (Amsterdam Oost), from Februari to July (dates flexible). It is a spacious room of 16 m2, with a view of the IJ. The apartment itself is 90 m2, has a separate shower and toilet, balcony and storage room and many plants. It is only 10 minutes to Central Station by  public transport or bicycle, but located in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

You share the house with myself: I am in my late 30s, work part-time for a bank in Amersfoort and love nature, outdoor sports and dancing. I have been living in Amsterdam for 2 years, but I also spend a lot of time in Portugal where my partner lives. I appreciate a calm & tidy living environment, and would love to share my place with a working professional (30+), who can enjoy a cup of tea together but also respects each others need for personal space after a long work day.

We will split the rent and utilities, which amounts to 1060 pp, per month, including gas/water/energy/municipal tax and internet. The room has no furniture, so you can arrange it as you wish
