About the place

One room available in a 4 room apartment is IJburg Amsterdam for the short term. 
You have access to a balcony facing the water as well. Its in a very beautiful locality
Monthly rent is EUR 850 all inclusive 
There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance and public transport is easily accessible as well
Room is available starting 10th December until January 31st with a chance to extend it to a long term contract.
The 2 flatmates are 2 girls from Spain and Italy.
So they would prefer a female roommate as well. 
The room itself is completely furnished with a bed, TV, work station and wardrobe. The kitchen is shared but fully equipped.
