This is a large room with built in walk in wardrobe and its own shower, bath, toilet and his and her sinks. It also comes with a private 7 metre balcony. The room is on its own floor so great for privacy! You will share the living area and kitchen with one other tenant (a male) upstairs. He is a former colleague and friend of mine and is super easy going. He also travels frequently for work so it is likely you will have this place to yourself on many occasions. This flat is arguably better than having your own small one bedroom. It is available until end April starting now. This may turn into a long term rent but for now only 3-5months are guaranteed.
