The room is available from November 27th, 2025 and is offered on a temporary rental basis until September 30th, 2026.

The other rooms are occupied with male tenants, both male and female can apply for the room. The person moving out at the moment is female as well. Reason of moving out: Change of studies.

•	Rent: €798 per month, all-inclusive (furniture, electricity, internet, etc.)
•	Deposit: 2 months’ rent

•	Not be officially registered in the Amsterdam housing market region (which includes municipalities like Amstelveen, Diemen, Zaanstad, etc.)
•	Provide proof of residence outside this region at the start of the tenancy
