About the place

I am looking for someone who can move in this week to rent an attic room.

On the same floor, around the corner, there is a laundry room that is shared, but it is not used very often.

I have a cat and work from home, so I am usually around. It’s definitely a city lifestyle.

The apartment is located above a coffeeshop. If you are very sensitive to smoke or strongly anti-smoking, this place may not be suitable (I also smoke inside the house).

The rent is €1850 per month, all-inclusive.
The deposit is one month’s rent.

The room comes with the furniture shown in the photos. If there are items you don’t want, they can be removed.

The room also has its own small rooftop terrace (not furnished), which you can see during the viewing.

Notice period: 1 month in advance.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who will stay for about a year, but short-term rental is also possible.

The room is for 1 person only (not for 2 people).

The apartment is located 2 minutes walking from the Albert Heijn at Dam Square and close to Paleisstraat tram stop.
