There is also a washing machine available to wash your clothes. You have your own balcony with a beautiful view. In addition to the small kitchen in your own space, there is also a large kitchen. This is used collectively. Super location with a tram in front of the door and shopping center. There are 3 other residents (working and student) in the house. They have their own studio/room with their own toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. Everyone lives independently. Little contact with each other. Music is only allowed with headphones. No parties allowed. No drugs allowed. Registration with the municipality is possible.
