About the place

Hi there!

My housemate recently moved out, so her room is available from April 1st!
It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment in the green Amsterdam Noord, with lots of natural light, recently renovated, and featuring a large balcony with plenty of sun hours!  
We have a private bike shed, and (still) free parking in the area!  

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Metro Station Noord, which takes you to Amsterdam Central in only 5 minutes! There is a shopping center around the corner. By bike, you can reach the lively NDSM wharf—with lots of bars, restaurants, and fun festivals—within 10 minutes, and Amsterdam Central in 20 minutes!  

Who will be your housemate:
I’m Marleen; an actress, fitness enthusiast, and vegan! I love plants and animals and am a quiet housemate who enjoys reading and watching documentaries. In my free time, you’ll usually find me at the gym or at home with a cup of tea and a good book ☺️  

The room is available for:
- Preferably a woman  
- Someone with a full-time job  
- A smoke-free household (cats can be discussed)  
- No families  
- Temporary lease possible  
- Registration is possible
