About the place

For young ladies only!! (Sorry, but I will not respond to messages from men!)
The room is on the third floor and we live on the first floor where the kitchen, bathroom and washing machine are located. So we have to share them, as well as the fridge. We are not really obsessed with cleaning, but we like to keep the bathroom and kitchen as clean as possible. The kitchen is old and should have been replaced last summer, but that did not happen, so it does not look very clean because it also needs some paint, but the stove, refrigerator and sink are always clean. I should also mention that there is no microwave or dishwasher.
The bathroom was renovated last year, so it's really clean and fresh.

The room has a bed, a large bookcase, a desk and a chair. There is a built-in wardrobe where clothes and/or shoes can be stored.
The room also has a washbasin with a mirror.
There is NO common area or other friends with whom you can chat at the end of the day!
The rent is 750 euros (including utilities) plus 500 euros as a deposit. Registration is not possible.
The room is available from 15 September 2025 and viewings are possible on request.
I would like to mention that it is a normal house, we are a couple in our fifties and we enjoy spending time together.
