A bright 12 m² furnished room will be available from September 1st in our cozy, shared 88 m² house in Amsterdam Noord, just behind the Eye Museum. The room comes with a bed and closet, and the home includes a huge 130 m² rooftop terrace—perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sun.
Monthly rent is €1,100 all-in (including all utilities and internet), with a €500 deposit.
You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly housemate, a sweet Labradoodle (around 3–5 days a week), and a 2.5-year-old toddler, who is also there 3–5 days a week, including every other weekend. So if you're good with a bit of toddler energy and love dogs, this could be the perfect spot for you.
Located in a calm and creative part of Amsterdam Noord, just a short ferry ride from Central Station.
