Temporary Studio Room for Rent: February - May in Westerpark

We are offering a short-term rental (from 1st February till end May) for one studio room in our house.

We are looking for ONE person for the ENTIRE period of 4 months, preferably an internship or PhD student.

We have a short term rental permit - max 4 months. 

The studio is completely new (approximately 25m²) and features one shower on the same floor and a toilet on the lower floor. The kitchen will be shared with us.

We are a family with two small children (aged 3 and 5) and a dog, so please expect noise.

The location is directly on Westerpark and close to all amenities.

The price includes utilities (gas, electricity, internet, TV) assuming normal consumption. One month’s deposit is required to secure the room.
