About the place

We’re looking for a respectful, grounded person to take over one of the rooms in our spacious and light apartment in Amsterdam West, available from February until the end of May.

The flat is calm, well cared for, and shared with women in their 30s. This is a home, not a party or social hub flat — we value ease, cleanliness, and mutual consideration. Female applicants in their 30s preferred.

The Room

- South-facing — very light and sunny
- Two built-in wall closets
- Comes furnished as shown: bed, curtains, bedside tables, small desk
- Can be painted according to preference

The Apartment

- Approx. 120 m², 13th floor with open views
- South-facing balcony
- Open, light kitchen and cosy shared living area
- Three bathrooms:

two smaller bathrooms with sink + toilet (one with shower)
one master bathroom with sunset view, freestanding bathtub, double sink & shower

- Washing machine & dryer
- Located next to Rembrandtpark
- Close to grocery stores, bus, metro and train connections

Practicalities

- Rent: €910 / month (all utilities included)
- Deposit: €895
- Registration: possible
- Contract: your own rental contract with the landlord
- Period: February 2026 – end of May 2026
- No couples, no families
