About the place

Hello!
I’m looking for a new flatmate from 15/09 as my current one is moving in with her boyfriend. The available bedroom is around 20m², bright with afternoon sun, and has a built-in wardrobe (unfurnished).

The apartment is 85m² in total with lots of light:
	•	Large living room overlooking the Amstel canal
	•	Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, balcony to inner garden)
	•	Separate toilet & bathroom
	•	Cozy and warm in winter (rare in Amsterdam 😉)

Non-negotiables:
	•	Non-smoker
	•	Full-time professional
	•	No couples / no students

I’m looking for a respectful, clean and mature person to join our flat. It’s a quiet neighborhood where parties aren’t welcome, so it suits someone who values peace at home. I enjoy spending some time together (coffee, chat, maybe yoga), but I also like my own space to recharge.

💸 Rent: €1200 / month
💰 Deposit: €2000
